Увеличение заболеваемости переломами проксимального отдела бедренной кости (ППОБК) лиц старших возрастных групп и отсутствие в стране данных официальной статистики об их числе требует проведения эпидемиологических исследований.Цель. Для повышения качества оказания медицинской помощи пациентам старших возрастных групп изучить заболеваемость ППОБК у лиц 50 лет и старше в популяции города Армавир.Материалы и методы. Проведено сплошное ретроспективное исследование ППОБК у лиц 50 лет и старше, случившихся за период с 1 января 2019 года по 31 декабря 2019 года, с активным выявлением всех случаев и верификацией диагноза по МКБ-10.Результаты. В исследуемой популяции выявлено 189 случаев низкоэнергетических ППОБК, соотношение женщин и мужчин как 1,8:1,0, доминировали вертельные переломы (57% против 42%). Общая заболеваемость ППОБК составила 262,6 на 100 000 населения; для мужчин — 230,5, женщин — 285,3. В возрастном диапазоне 50–69 лет заболеваемость была выше у мужчин, с 70 лет — у женщин. По сравнению с данными от 2008–2009 годов заболеваемость у мужчин выросла на 30,9%, у женщин — только на 2,3%.Заключение. Выявленный рост заболеваемости ППОБК свидетельствует о необходимости при диспансеризации обследовать мужчин в возрасте 50–69 лет на предмет выявления и лечения остеопороза, что снизит риск падений и переломов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Background: The increase in the incidence of proximal femoral fractures in older age groups and the lack of official statistics on their number in the country requires epidemiological studies.Aim: To improve the quality of medical care for older patients, study the incidence of proximal femoral fractures in people aged 50 years and older in the population of the city of ArmavirMaterials and methods: A cross-sectional retrospective study of proximal femoral fractures in individuals aged 50 years and older that occurred between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 was conducted, with active identification of all cases and verification of the diagnosis according to ICD-10th revisen.Results: In the study population, 189 cases of low-energy proximal femoral fractures were identified, the ratio of women to men was 1.8:1.0, trochanteric fractures predominated (57% versus 42%). The overall incidence of femoral fractures was 262.6 per 100,000 population; for men — 230.5, women — 285.3. In the age range of 50–69 years, the incidence of proximal femoral fractures was higher in men, and from 70 years — in women.
