Заболевание нередко диагностируется на этапе развития костных осложнений, например, таких как фиброзно-кистозный остеит (ФКО), из-за отсутствия рутинного скрининга кальция. Ошибочная интерпретация ФКО как неоплазии может привести к неоправданным биопсиям или хирургическим вмешательствам. Ключевыми аспектами дифференциальной диагностики являются оценка лабораторных показателей фосфорно-кальциевого обмена на этапе диагностики, анализ рентгенологических и гистологических маркеров ПГПТ. Представленный клинический случай демонстрирует, как комплексная оценка данных позволяет отличить метаболические костные поражения при ПГПТ, минимизируя ошибки в тактике лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is an endocrine disorder characterized by excessive secretion of parathyroid hormone, leading to multi-organ impairments that reduce patients’ quality of life. The disease is often diagnosed at the stage of bone complications, such as fibrous cystic osteitis (FCO), due to the lack of routine calcium screening. Misinterpretation of FCO as a neoplasm can result in unnecessary biopsies or surgical interventions. Key aspects of differential diagnosis include evaluation of laboratory parameters of calcium-phosphorus metabolism during the diagnostic process, as well as analysis of radiological and histological markers of PHPT.
