Достоверное его повышение отмечено с 22-24 недели беременности. Корреляционный анализ выявил наличие умеренной отрицательной связи между уровнем ИФР-1 во II триместре и МПК дистального отдела предплечья (г = -0,35, p&lt;0,5). Также была выявлена умеренная положительная корреляционная связь между уровнем ИФР-1 и маркером остеосинтеза - остеокальцином во II и III триместрах беременности (г=0,46, p&lt;0,05 и r=0,41, p&lt;0,05 соответственно). Сделан вывод о влиянии ИФР-1 на процессы ремоделирования костной ткани длинных трубчатых костей при беременности. Вероятно, под влиянием ИФР-1 происходит усиление синтеза костного матрикса, что при недостаточном потреблении кальция может сопровождаться снижением МПК в этих отделах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>During pregnancy the levels of IGF-I increase and in III trimester exceed greatly the values of I trimester. Its significant increase is noted from 22-24 weeks of pregnancy. Correlation analysis revealed a moderate negative correlation between the level of IGF-I in II trimester and distal forearm BMD (r = -0,35, p&lt;0,5). Also a moderate positive correlation between the level of IGF-I and a marker of bone synthesis osteocalcin in the II and III trimesters of pregnancy was revealed (r = 0,46, p &lt;0,05 and r = 0,41, p&lt;0,05, respectively). Conclusions: IGF-I effects bone remodeling of long bones during pregnancy.
