Появился целый ряд исследований, показавших, что высокая распространенность их не объясняется процессами старения, а имеет единые патогенетические механизмы. Накопленные знания позволяют говорить о них как о «кальцийдефицитных болезнях». В настоящее время есть основания признать существование общих медиаторов патологии костной и сердечно-сосудистой систем, вклад которых в формирования заболеваний сердца и сосудов можно считать частично доказанным или косвенно свидетельствующим о возможной взаимосвязи. Знания общих закономерностей патогенеза этих групп заболеваний позволит разработать более действенные меры по профилактике их грозных осложнений и снижению заболеваемости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Last years a lot of researches in the world were devoted to the problem of relationship between cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis at elderly patients. According to results of these researches were shown several uniforms pathogenetic mechanisms, and now it allows us to tell about them as about «calcium scarce illnesses». Now there are bases to recognize existence of the general pathologic mediators of the bone and cardiovascular systems which leads to develop of diseases of heart and vessels. Knowledge of the general laws of patho-genesis will allow developing more effective measures on preventive maintenance of their complications and decreasing the frequency of these diseases.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Эрдес Ш.
