Состояние костной ткани при сахарном диабете 2 типа (СД2) длительное время дискутируется при известном факте повышенного риска низкотравматичных переломов. Цель. Оценка параметров костного ремоделирования у женщин с СД2 в пре- и постменопаузе. Материалы и методы. В одномоментное пилотное исследование включили 80 женщин: 40 с СД2 и 40 без нарушения углеводного обмена (К), разделенных на подгруппы пременопаузы (пре) и естественной постменопаузы (пост) — по 20 пациенток в каждой. Результаты и выводы. Выявлены тенденции к снижению костного обмена у пациентов с СД2. Обнаружены значимо отрицательные взаимосвязи С-пептида с ЩФ при СД2 и положительные с тартрат-резистентной кислой фосфатазой в контрольной группе, хотя уровни С-пептида не различались у пациенток с СД2 и в контрольной группе. Выявленные характеристики сниженного костного ремоделирования у больных СД 2 типа патогенетически обосновывают использование антиостеопоретических препаратов анаболического ряда для лечения остеопороза при данной нозологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. Bone health in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is discussed for a long time as a known fact for increased risk of fractures. Purpose. To estimate the parameters of bone remodeling in pre-andpostmenopausal women with T2DM. Materials and Methods. In a cross-sectional pilot study which included 80 women: 40 with T2DM and 40 without disturbances of glucose metabolism (K), divided into subgroups of premenopausal (pre) and natural menopause (post) — 20 patients each. Results and conclusions. We found a tendency toward a decrease in bone turnover in patients T2DM, a significant negative relationship with C-peptide and ALP in T2DM, a positive correlation with tartrate — resistant acid phosphatase in the control group, although the levels of C-peptide did not differ in patients with T2DM and in the control group .
