По данным литературы, для коррекции почечной остеодистрофии используются следующие группы препаратов: препараты, коррегирующие гиперфосфатемию (фосфатбиндеры), препараты витамина D, бисфосфонаты и кальцимиметики. Проведены пилотные исследования по оценке эффективности терипаратида и деносумаба на показатели костного метаболизма при хронической болезни почек.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a literature review summarizing the contemporary data on the effects of drug therapy on various parameters of renal osteodystrophy: phosphate binders, vitamin D preparations, bisphosphonates, denosumab, and calcimimetics.
