Оценить частоту и предпочтения при назначении внутрисуставной терапии препаратами гиалуроновой кислоты (ГЛК) при гонартрозе в реальной клинической практике. Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ 200 амбулаторных карт пациентов, с диагнозом ОА коленного сустава, наблюдающихся в областном ревматологическом центре, для оценки частоты назначения и спектра препаратов ГЛК, профиля больных, которым они назначались, и у кого они были эффективными. Для оценки мнения ревматологов о внутрисуставной терапии ГЛК было проведено письменное анонимное анкетирование 20 ревматологов г. Екатеринбурга. Результаты. Проведенный анализ показал, что внутрисуставная терапия ГЛК быта рекомендована ревматологами 46% пациентов с гонартрозом, из которых лечение провели только 35%. Пациенты, получившие лечение, были старше и чаще принимали НПВС и симптоматические препараты медленного действия. Внутрисуставная терапия ГЛК была эффективна у 69%. Препараты с большей молекулярной массой были более эффективны, хотя ревматологи при назначении отдают предпочтение низкомолекулярным препаратам. Заключение. В реальной клинической ревматологической практике препараты ГЛК широко применяются в терапии гонартроза, положительный эффект от лечения отмечают более половины пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objectives. To assess the frequency and preferences when assigning intraarticular therapy with hyaluronic acid (HA) in knee оsteoarthritis (ОА) in clinical practice. Material and methods. The analysis of 200 patient records with knee OA treated at the regional center of rheumatology to assess the frequency and spectrum assignment of НА, profile of patients, who were prescribed HA, and its effectiveness. To assess the opinions of rheumatologists on intraarticular therapy with НА we conducted an anonymous questionnaire of 20 rheumatologists of Ekaterinburg. Results. The analysis showed that intraarticular НА therapy was recommended by rheumatologists to 46% of patients with knee ОА, of which the treatment was performed in only 35%. Patients who received treatment were older and more often took NSAIDs and symptomatic slow-acting drugs. Intra-articular НА therapy was effective in 69% of patients. НА with higher molecular weight were more effective, although rheumatologists prefer НА with low molecular weight. Conclusion.
