Статья имеет обзорно-рекомендательный характер и посвящена проблеме создания служб профилактики повторных переломов (ППП) у пациентов с остеопорозом. В ее обзорной части показана актуальность обсуждаемой проблемы, освещены соответствующие рекомендации рабочей группы IOF по созданию служб ППП, проведен анализ работы таких служб за рубежом и в нашей стране, приведены подтверждения их клинической и экономической эффективности, а также обсуждены ключевые моменты, обеспечивающие важнейшие показатели работы указанных служб. В рекомендательной части статьи представлены задачи, основные направления работы и принципы создания обсуждаемых служб в Российской Федерации. Они сформулированы с учетом первого отечественного опыта организации служб ППП в рамках специальной программы «ПРОМЕТЕЙ» Российской ассоциации по остеопорозу. По мнению авторов, представленные в статье материалы помогут при организации служб ППП в различных медицинских учреждениях нашей страны и будут способствовать снижению негативных последствий повторных остеопоротических переломов костей.

This article is dedicated to the problem of creating off fracture liaison services (FLS) for patients with osteoporosis including overview of the problem and some recommendations on it. The article presents there levance of the problem discussed, gives recommendations of the IOF working group,shows an international and Russian experience of FLS creation, its medical-economic effectiveness and discus the key moments that provide effectiveness of fracture liaison services for patients with osteoporosis. The recommendations part includes goals, main working directions and principles of FLS creation in the Russian Federation. They are based on the "Prometheus" program that was introduced by the Russian Osteoporosis Association and became the first national experience of organizing fracture liaison service. According to author’s point of view the information from this article can be help full in organizing FLS invarious medical institutionsin our country and can be used to reduce the negative effects of repeated osteoporosis fractures.
