Согласно результатам многочисленных исследований применение золедроновой кислоты (5 мг 1 раз в год) характеризуется высокой эффективностью в лечении первичного и вторичного остеопороза, снижением риска переломов и предотвращением потери костной массы в ключевых точках. В настоящее время в литературе приводятся данные о перспективном назначении золедроновой кислоты (и ее дженериков) у пациентов с несовершенным остеогенезом, первичным гиперпаратиреозом, болезнью Педжета, после вертебропластики и дентальной имплантации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The data from a number of clinical trials investigating a once-yearly infusion of5 mg zoledronic acidshow a marked efficacy of this intervention in the treatment of primary and secondary osteoporosis with a combination of fracture risk reduction and prevention of bone loss at key skeletal sites.
