Оценка таких показателей эффективности фармакотерапии в послеоперационном периоде, как остеопороз и системный остеопороз и шанс сохранения дефицита МПК в зонах Груена подтвердила, что при эндопротезировании женщин, страдающих системным остеопорозом, необходимым компонентом лечения для остеоинтеграции на границе «имплантат-кость» в сроки характерные для физиологического течения адаптивной перестройки, является проведение в послеоперационном периоде фармакологической коррекции интенсивности резорбции и костеобразования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In a comparative study we investigated the influence of a combination of alendronate and alfacalcidol on the dynamics of bone mass density (BMD) at the site attached to the femoral component of endoprosthesis in total hip replacement in patients with systemic osteoporosis.
