ОСТЕОПОРОЗ, ДЕПРЕССИЯ И ПЕРЕЛОМЫ. СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Аннотация

Для изучения взаимосвязей остеопороза, депрессии и переломов проанализировано более 200 публикаций, для анализа отобрано 124. Остеопороз (ОП) и депрессивное расстройство (ДР) имеют несколько общих факторов риска, биологических, психологических и психосоциальных факторов, ассоциированных с обоими заболеваниями. Патогенез ОП и ДР тесно взаимосвязан. ОП и переломы ведут к развитию ДР, ухудшающего реабилитацию и снижающего приверженность терапии ОП, а ДР, в свою очередь, ассоциировано со снижением МПК, падениями и увеличением риска переломов. Целенаправленное выявление и лечение ДР у пациентов с ОП, так же как выявление и лечение ОП у пациентов с депрессией, должны стать неотъемлемой частью общемедицинской практики. Остаётся много открытых для изучения аспектов взаимосвязей ОП, ДР и переломов.
