Abstract
В статье обсуждаются новые подходы к выявлению лиц с высоким риском переломов, развивающихся на фоне остеопороза. ВОЗ предложен инструмент для оценки индивидуального абсолютного риска (АР) переломов у мужчин и женщин, разработанный на основании использования клинических факторов риска и наличия или отсутствия данных о минеральной плотности кости в области шейки бедра. Использование АР и рассчитанного на его основе NNT в рандомизированных исследованиях будет способствовать установлению оптимальных терапевтических возможностей различных препаратов для профилактики и лечения ОП. Новые подходы в оценке риска переломов позволят более точно определять состояние костной ткани у пациента и расширить возможности применения антиостеопоротических препаратов для профилактики низкотравматичных переломов.
