Массивный остеолизис - синдром горхэма-стоута

В статье дано описание двух случаев одного из редких заболеваний - синдрома Gorham-Stout, который сопровождается массивным остеолизисом различных участков костной ткани. Приведен литературный обзор. Изолированный остеолизис отдельных участков кости протекает более доброкачественно без нарушения функции. Сочетание идиопатического остеолизиса с хилотораксом является неблагоприятным прогнозом. Лечение возможно кальцитонинами или бисфосфонатами.
