Abstract
The purpose - revealing of features of the structural organization of the articulate cartilage of a knee joint at patients with various stages of arthrosis.
Materials and methods. Morphological researches of an articulate cartilage are visited at 52 patients with various stages of gonarthrosis. The control group was made by 5 men and 5 women in the age of from 18 till 25 years with traumatic damages of components of a knee joint.
The basic group was made by 42 persons. On a stage of gonarthrosis patients have been divided into 2 subgroups: 23 patients with 1-2 stage and 19 patients with 2-3 stage of gonarthrosis. The histological material for research has been received at performance medical-diagnostic arthroscopies a knee joint.
Results. It is noted, that morphological changes in an articulate cartilage at gonarthrosis are connected with change of density intercellular matrix and, depending on a stage of process, of chondrocyte dystrophy, necrosis and apoptosis are took place. In cytoplasm of chondrocyte there is a decrease in concentration of cytoplasmic organelles, lipids accumulation and electron density inclusions.
Conclusion. The most expressed structural changes in the articulate cartilage, connected with local destruction of chondrocytes, lipids and electron density inclusions accumulation are noted at patients with 2-3 stage of gonarthrosis.

Abstract
That were 107 patients included. 33 patients with acute stage of diabetic osteoarthropathy, 24 patients with chronic stage; 20 patients with severe diabetic neuropathy and medial arterial calcification (MAC) of the low extremity, confirmed X-rays; control group included 30 persons with normal glucose tolerance. Significant increased level of OPG revealed in all groups of patients with diabetes (р<0,0001). The highest values OPG were marked in patients with MAC (р<0,02). Positive correlations revealed between bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (BAP) values and OPG (r=0,2 р<0,01) and BAP and RANKL (r=0,21 р<0,01) in groups of patients with diabetic osteoarthropathy. Negative correlation revealed between OPG and RANKL in patients with MAC (r=-0,68 р<0,001) and negative correlation revealed between values of mineral bone density and OPG in patients with MAC (r=-0,61 p<0,002).

Abstract
In this study we analyzed degree, character, spreading and location of vertebral deformation in lateral radiograph of the thoracic and lumbar spine (by method of Felsenberg). We analyzed radiographs 55 patients with diabetes mellitus (25 men and 30 women). Index Saville was also estimated.
Deformation of anterior vertebral areas prevailed over deformations of vertebral bodies in this kind of patients. The conclusion is that diabetes mellitus doesn't go along with frequent development of vertebral osteoporosis.

Abstract
It was studied influence of the therapeutic education the patients with osteoporosis on awareness about disease, dynamic physical activity and quality of life. 42 women with osteoporosis was learned on structuring program. It was noted increase of the percent of the right answers on the questions from 50,7±2,1% to 77,2±20,2% just after education and to 71,5±15,8% after 6 months. It was marked increase of the physical activity after education also. During investigation of quality of life we found improvement on the scale of the pain, mobility, work to be done at home, social activity and general status. We didn'tfined established modification at the scale of psychological function.
